What are some of the things you like to see in a casino review? For example, what is it that you want to know/hear about a casino before you're willing to use it?

I think the important things would be sign up bonus. Payback percentages on slots and various games. whether the casino accepts players from all countries, customer support availabilty, variety of games, and hours of operation, currency accepted, how fast the payback is etc. You get it, the nuts and bolts of the casino. I think that is all important.

Good topic! The responses you get here will help us align with what people really want to see while reading through the reviews that we post. I agree with Kgord for the most part but something else I am going to start listing is pros and cons. I like reading other people's opinion on the pros and cons but the only problem is one person's pro, might be another's con or vice versa. It sometimes hard to put yourself in the shoes of every single person from every single country if the casino accepts players worldwide. Customer service interaction is very important because there is nothing worse than dealing with a company (of any sort) that has customer service agents that have limitations or no access to important details that you need.

The main thing I like hearing about the casinos I am about to go is the quality of the girls in it, no girls = no fun, however I mostly care about drinks and the customer's service itself, I personally like being treated well, specially in places where I am going to be spending a lot of money in.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that here on the forum is a list of recommended review websites. These external links have all of the casinos that you read about on the forum. There is usually a bit more information on the external link reviews because on the forum we have limited character space. Just listing ALL restricted countries alone would take up too much space. Hope this helps.

I'm not usually that picky when it comes about choosing the casino where I'm going to play, however, I believe that for an average player, the most important thing would be the win rate at that specific casino, if the review would show that it would be just perfect, I do not think that any of us would care how the casino looks, if there is clean or there are cockroaches on the floor, as long as we'd make good money there.

lol most of the casinos in Vegas would be a good fit then ;) I do enjoy the eyecandy and interaction and admittedly do look for that too when I'm in a physical casino, but when I'm online I tend to look at whether the customer service is there for you if you need to do something with your account or need help with getting started as @SherKev brought up. That, and how fast they pay out. The longer you have to wait, the more anxious you get and the less patient whenever there's a latency between cashing out and receiving the funds that is longer than normal. I'm ok with the speed of deposit being instant or taking an hour if need be, but there are people who would want this to be instant because they want to do the paid betting right away. Most are instant, but there could be a few minutes wait if it's a first time deposit or they have to verify things.

Another thing that I look for recently is whether or not they support bitcoin. I still use my cards for deposits and withdrawals, or opt for the check cashout if it's easier despite taking longer, but bitcoin works really well for all parties and makes things instant for everyone when you know how to work with it.

Next I look at the comps, bonuses, and if I do the bonuses, what the playthroughs are. Even though I probably shouldn't be too picky, I do look at the amount of time the casino has been around for, who runs it, and whether it has the main provider of games I like. If it has Betsoft or RTG, I'm golden. Some people want to have all of this and Rival games too, or some other selection. There are people who won't play some of the other proprietary ones if they find them either since there aren't any stats on them yet to show what they pay out and their odds are. Usually the major casinos have a system where they stick to the major game providers and offer specials and services around it which always works out well, but some will offer their own unique startup of a game to stand out which can be really good, or not, depending on who made it and how it goes.

Knowing they are accredited and that they publish their winning and losing stats regularly is also big. If a casino can do this, then you know they aren't trying to do anything shady behind the scenes. If a casino won't do this, I either would only use bitcoin so that they didn't have my financial info and I don't risk too much, or I don't take a chance on those until or unless they do.

Having a live person to talk to if I call in that knows what they are doing and a good history of payouts being fast and easy is always good news, and one of the most positive things I can select a casino for, even ahead of the specials, bonus offers, and alternative payment methods. Knowing that they win more or offer more than others is always a good thing, but knowing I can get my money back out of it after winning or if I decide to withdraw later is king.

Name recognition is a big one for me, if it's a already established brand I know I can trust them not to pull some shady stuff. Customer service also plays a big part as to if I'm going to stay at the casino. Other than that just general atmosphere, does the place have a nice vibe going on (can't really explain this, but some of you will know what I mean)?

I think the age of the casino is important and if it is certified by a real organization. For online casinos the minimum cashout is also important because you ALWAYS want to test the cashout system before you put a lot of money into their bank. Other than that the big things for me are website layout, it is fast, is it overly busy. Finally, the bonuses you get.

Safety maybe. I wouldn't want to gamble where there is no order and safety. There should be privacy also i.e if you want to gamble alone with no disturbance and people standing behind your back.

So, I am a bit confused, you want pros and cons of the casino or no? I think general pros and cons that everyone could agree on would be things like fast payout, excellent customer service. 24/7 hours of operation variety of games and things like that...Not necessarily what you personally would find appealing...ie lots of chicks or hot guys lol.

For me what I want to know about Online Casino, after finding out whether the service is available in my region or not and if they accept cryptocurrencies, is customer's feedback. I'm not very picky when it comes to casinos but I want to know all its features through customer's reviews and then decide whether or not a casino suits me.

The curious thing is that I don't really know what really suits me. I have to hear the offer first and then make a decision. But in general:

    - Games.
    - Customer Support.
    - Payback's flexibility.
    - How much and how often customers win. A top global player winning score is great.
    - Not too annoying flashy animations of a game's display. Like those flamboyant japanese gambling games.

    That's all. cheers.

    Hm..
I always try to find some casino review before playing, or ask friends, other gamblers of the website u know... Usually I make my conclusion through several reviews of the casino, it's hard to find the one with complete advantages and dis- pack.
    So, my requirements are:

    - Bonuses casino offers
    - Software
    - Games variety
    - Wins/losses statistics
    - Making a deposit/withdrawing process
    - VIP programs

Well, I'd like to argue. It's possible to get all the info from one review, as I know. e.g I play at Blackjack Ball room and a House of Jack. Firstly registered there after checking the reviews out my friend shared with me.
