Ive played on Ignition for a long time and recently opened accounts at their affiliate sites, Bovada, slots.lv, and café casino to take advantage of new bonuses they offer. I busted the bonuses on café casino, but on Bovada and slots.lv I won 12k and 20k. After receiving my initial cashout of 5k from bovada, while cash out from slots.lv was still pending, I requested a second cash out from bovada for around 7500. One day later, both of my accounts were locked out and I was told I would need to pass a verification process in order to gain access to my accounts again. They then made me jump through hoops and send them a copy of my ID and a utility bill. They took way longer to respond than they said they would, when they finally responded and told me they needed a different utility bill because they couldn't "verify" the one I sent... whatever that means... Then finally they tell me my identity has been verified but I need to call in to further discuss my account. I was then transferred to a third party security team where I was absolutely harassed. They started asking me all kinds of ridiculous questions, like asking me why I created my account but didn't start playing right away... and kept telling me that was very suspicious... What the hell are they talking about? Then they start asking me all kinds of questions, one of which was, what is the balance of your accounts? I couldn't remember exactly and mentioned I think around 12k... the security specialist then tells me no its 7k, that's not even close , shouldn't you know the balance of your account? But I meant it had 12k before I cashed out 5k... now 7k. I have proof of all of these transactions. The security person then starts telling me that IM being dishonest... AM I IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE... he then tells me he doesn't think im the using my account and my account is fraudulent?!?!?!? That they can link my account to several other accounts?? Yet when I ask for them to explain to me how I am linked to other accounts they cant tell me anything. I live by myself, ive never logged into my accounts anywhere besides my home. So I know they aren't matching IP addresses... and they cant tell me what proof they have of anything. Then the security person says, you aren't giving me anything to work with so I cant help you.. just tell me whos using your account and il help you. LIKE ITS STRAIGHT OUT OF SOME TERRIBLE interrogation scene in a terrible cop movie. Are they really, this obviously, trying to steal from me?!?

    Hello @kc2389

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with both Bovada and Slots.lv, if you could provide us with some additional information we can try to help, or at least help you understand the reasoning behind your accounts being locked. It is very rare that we hear complaints from players of these casinos, as they have a great reputation within the online gambling community, but it sounds like they may suspect fraud occurring under your account.

What is your username at each of the casinos you are having issues with? I can try getting in touch with an account manager over there, and point them to this thread to help better explain the reason for your accounts being locked, and hopefully resolve your issue.

Also I see you link to casinolistings.com in your post, is that where you originally went to find these casinos?

Yeah, just to be clear. Casinos make money.. Just the probability of the games ensures they are going to make a lot of money, they really never need to try and cheat the occasional winners since a post like this will cost them much more than what they avoided by not paying you.

Yep, I totally agree with that @petesede. Most likely something flagged their systems, but either cases @kc2389 seems to have disappeared from the forum.

yeah, I would almost say to delete this thread because the OP has one post blaming a casino for cheating them. This could very easily be mis-information by other casinos or just someone who got caught. It is not fair to Bovada to have a one-post person have something like this used against them without defense.

Pretty much, if the user doesn't return here, I say it's a good idea to delete or hide this thread from the public. Anyone can say bad things and disappear...

@kc2389 I am surprised to read that you are having this issue with this particular brand of casinos because they are very popular and reputable throughout online casino communities everywhere. I have had some not so pleasant experiences with other casinos in the past so I can understand your frustration! Ultimately, as long as your verification documents are legit, you haven't filed chargebacks in the past and you haven't tried to manipulate the systems that they have in place, you will get paid. You have done awesome at winning from what you have stated so it is understandable on the business side of things that they are crossing their t's and dotting their i's before sending you the money. Take a deep breath and send in the information that they need to get you properly verified and all should work out fine. I hope you decide to come back and take advantage of the help that Ryan is offering because the offer is sincere.

@kc2389 never returned, so most likely it's just bad advertising. Maybe @RyanWeb forgot to delete this?

Glad to see you back @Joe Hood, I thought you'd lost yourself in some paradise beach with no internet. :D
